Later on in the fall, UF holds a competition among all the dorm floors to see who can come up with the best Halloween decorations. We're only allowed to decorate for two das prior to judging, so it works out the best when the whole floor gets involved. My floor, 2nd North Lovett, was really gung-ho about it, and we did an awesome job, and had a lot of fun too.
We even had some "non-resident" help. Shell's boyfriend, Rusty, gave us a hand by sticking up trash bags to cover the ceiling.
This is what our hallway looked like for the competition. We also had a graveyard set up in the lobby. Last I heard, we ended up tying for second place.
